I think a slimline card is the way to go when making a card using all four of the die-cut blocks in the All Squared Away die set. So here is my take on making the All Squared Away Slimline cards. There are extra dies to cut out the small flowers, and it’s an excellent way to use up scraps of colored card stock. However, I try and limit the amount of die-cutting done at the workshops, so we colored the squares with markers instead (as seen in the photo directly below).

This was a fun and easy project. I made lots of different cards using this bundle to show those at the workshop how versatile this set is. Here are some of the samples, using the extra dies for the flowers.

If I hadn’t watched a youtube video by Patti Bennett, I may have completely missed seeing this cute bundle and purchasing it. See her blog post on making a glimmer version of this slimline template.

Of course, I also have to try a vertical slimline card, scored off-center to show a strip of patterned paper on the inside of the card. What a fun bundle this is, and such a shame it is retired.
