Sometimes, a special card can be made with the simplest stamps. In this case, I wanted to make a card for a couple’s anniversary that captured the theme of their New Year’s eve wedding two years ago. I used a simple small circle stamp inked with a brown then Brilliant gold ink. It was then stamped with versamark ink and gold embossing powder, and heat set. The sentiment was also stamped in Brilliant gold and framed with a border stamp in versamark and gold embossing powder. Overall, I was pleased with the result of this simple, single layer card.
