In two different classes, we tried using Unbounded Beauty triangles on card fronts in different ways, with different effects.
with Unbounded Beauty paper triangles
You take a 3 x 4 inch piece of DSP and cut it in half diagonally. Then take a 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 inch piece of card stock, and cut it in half diagonally. Then, layer them together. Adhere the two triangles to the card, leaving equal white space on the right angles. The floral and leaves die cuts are added. The “dot” embellishments are drops of Liquid Peals left to dry. See some close-ups below.
with Unbounded Love dies too
For this next card, we take two different 3 x 4 inch pieces of Unbounded Beauty DSP. With a pencil, mark 3/4″ down from the top of one side and 3/4″ up from the bottom of the other side, on the long side. Then, layer each onto a piece of colored card stock 1/8″ larger. Then cut the layered rectangles along the penciled diagonal lines, as shown below. So, you end up with two different layered pieces to make two cards.
You take the two triangular shaped pieces (I know they’re not technically triangles) and adhere them to the fold of a card base. Then we add to the card stamp and dies from the Unbounded Love bundle for the sentiment banner. The focal image is a floral stamp and die from the Irresistible Blooms bundle.
I hope you enjoyed this post showcasing some of the products in this pretty floral suite, called Unbounded Love. You can purchase the products used in these classes from my online store. You are also welcome to join a future class and make cards yourself.
